WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Warranty:
If the product(s) is damaged or defective within a reasonable time, CuPiLo offers the warranty as below.

Warranty Terms:
- CuPiLo warrants the product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for a period of 12 months (standard) from the original invoice date, except as noted below. Products can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period or returned for a refund (see “Refund Procedures” below) within 90 days if the products break down during proper use.
- The warranty extends only to consumers, NOT to any retailer(s) or reseller(s).
- This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the country of purchase.
- Warranty claims for product defects, unless an extended warranty is registered, expire 12 months from the purchase date.
- Warranty claims cannot be processed for items that have exceeded the warranty period.
- The warranty does NOT cover the replaced product.
- The warranty does NOT cover refurbished products.
- The warranty has other limitations as noted in “Warranty Limitations” below.
- To obtain warranty service, follow the “Warranty Claim Procedures.”
- Please keep the original packaging for 90 days for potential returns.
Warranty Claim Procedures:
- Provide to Customer Support:
- Valid proof of purchase
- Pictures and/or descriptions of the defect
- The model number and serial number label
- If the claim is approved, CuPiLo will issue a Warranty/Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
- Items may need to be returned to a designated warehouse for inspection, inspected by our representative, or retained by the customer.
- Defective merchandise must be packed in original packaging.
- The item(s) will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (within 90 days of original purchase) once received.
- When returning items with RMA and a prepaid label, CuPiLo takes responsibility for any damage or loss in transit.
Valid Proof of Purchase:
Order numbers from purchases made through CuPiLo's official store (www.icupilo.com) or authorized resellers (Amazon, eBay, Walmart). For products obtained from other channels, please contact that retailer directly.
Warranty Limitations:
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Use outside of ordinary residential use
- Incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
- Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, environmental exposure, improper installation, or shipping damage
- Attachment or modification of unauthorized accessories
- Failure to show valid proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Products outside of warranty period
- No quality-related issues after 30 days
- Free or promotional products
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Replaced products
- Certified Refurbished products after 30 days
- Accessories (e.g., adapters, covers)
- Buyer’s remorse after 30 days
- Free return within 30 days excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
- Warranty registration not completed within 60 days of purchase
Refund Procedures:
- Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days (or 90 days if justified by support). Item must be in original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
- CuPiLo support will create an RMA and send a prepared label.
- Refunds will be processed after inspection, typically within 3–7 business days.
- Returns may be rejected if they don’t meet requirements.
- If purchased from non-authorized channels, contact that retailer directly.
Return Using Your Own Label:
- Within 30 days of purchase
- Provide order number and platform purchased from
- CuPiLo will provide return address; buyer arranges shipping
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Refund issued upon arrival and inspection
- Send return notification with RMA, carrier name, and tracking number
Buyer Pays Shipping Costs If:
- Return is unauthorized without RMA
- Return is for reasons other than proven defect
- Accidental returns
- International shipping for defective items
- Item claimed defective but found to be in normal condition
Warranty Disclaimer:
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. CuPiLo SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
CuPiLo reserves the right to the final interpretation of these Terms and to change them without prior notice.
